Overview
The Finance Department of the City of Windom is responsible for the fiscal management, processing and records management of all accounting transactions. This office implements and oversees accounting policies and procedures, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, utility billing, audits, financial statements, investments, insurance, capital expenditures and fixed assets of the City.
The Finance Department also assists administration and department heads in the preparation of the annual budget.
